This Policy applies to the Company’s services, including the Story Beginz web and app.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The company will promptly destroy users' personal information once the purpose of collection has been achieved or the retention period has expired. However, if it is necessary to retain the information for a certain period in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the information will be safely stored for the period prescribed by law and then destroyed. In addition, for the purposes of preventing fraudulent use, verifying transactions, and responding to user disputes, the company may retain certain information for a limited period of time in accordance with its internal policies.

Personal information whose retention period has expired will be securely destroyed in an irrecoverable manner.
